The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring that both check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious, with a wide selection of continental options. I was impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

Convenient and spacious. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us. It was close to most downtown destinations and we were even able to walk to some of them. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for all of our belongings. There were two toilets in the single room and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchen which was a plus for us as we were able to cook our own meals. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the amazing views from the higher floors.

Weak Wi-Fi and worn-out rooms. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, which was a disappointment especially as it was included in the room rate.

The staff at the front-desk, especially Dennis, were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Ruchi, who assisted me online, was understanding and helpful, especially when my arrival was delayed. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, with plenty of nearby amenities and attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was quiet and safe. The fully equipped gym was a great bonus, although I didn't get a chance to try the pool. I highly recommend Prestige Hotel Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
